Description
This is a rare piece from David Linley. It is in immaculate condition. On the lid is a well cushioned seat made with cream-coloured calf skin. The interior bottom is lined in the same leather as well.The front and sides are beautifully inlaid with animals from the African plains - elephants, giraffes, rhinos, and zebras. The surrounding veneer on the panels is a beautifully figured maple.
This piece retailed at David Linley at £5,000.00.
