Description

Mid 20th century cigar table dispenser in the form of a barrel. The turned wooden barrel is carved to simulate a coopered/banded barrel, with painted bands. It holds 7 cigars, with the small wooden spigot providing a simple press mechanism that raises the cigars. The barrel sits on 3 small feet. A small break in the wood in one place attests to its age, otherwise this fun piece of table treen is in very good consition and was probably made on the Continent. Circa 1930
