A fine quality Victorian walnut open bookcase, having an over-hung top above an arrangement of two adjustable shelves, flanked by reeded pilasters with carved trusses to the tops, and raised on a plinth base. Ideal for use in an alcove.Width 48″ (122cm) Depth (overall) 11″ (28cm) Depth (shelf) 8 ¼ ” (21cm) Height 43″ (109cm)
Condition and Details of Restoration:
This item is in original structural condition and is completely sound. The polish has been revived, by our own craftsmen, by hand in the traditional manner. There are some minor marks.
