Late Georgian Mahogany Pembroke Table

Description

A pretty and fine quality late George III mahogany Pembroke table, of rectangular form with rounded corners once opened. The top has a boxwood line inlay, above an oak lined drawer with satinwood banded front and oval back-plate brass handles to one end, and a matching dummy drawer to the other. The table is raised on elegant square tapering legs terminating in original brass cup castors.

Condition and Details of Restoration:
This item is in original structural condition and is completely sound. The polish has been revived, by our own craftsmen, by hand in the traditional manner. There are some minor marks and scratches, but nothing untoward in our opinion the photos are representative.
