An elegant and superior quality George I style bow front chest of six graduated oak lined drawers with brass drop handles, with attractively figured walnut veneers and cross banding to the top and the drawer fronts, and raised on swept bracket feet. Of pleasingly tall and slim proportions, this type of chest is often referred to as a ‘lingerie chest’ after a common usage.

Condition & Details of Restoration
This item is in original structural condition. The polish has been refinished, by our own craftsmen, by hand in the traditional manner. There are some minor old marks under the polish.
