Handsome and fine quality pair of George I style mahogany framed open armchairs, having upholstered backs and seats, ‘shepherds crook’ arms, upholstered seats, and cabriole front legs.

Condition and Details of Restoration
These chairs are in untouched original condition and are structurally completely sound. The original horsehair stuffing has been re-covered and webbed, and the polish revived, by our own craftsmen, by hand in the traditional manner. There are some old marks under the polish as might be expected in our opinion the photographs are representative.
