A handsome and fine quality mahogany dressing stool in the Chippendale taste, having an upholstered drop-in seat raised on bold acanthus carved cabriole legs with ball-and-claw feet.

Condition and Details of Restoration
This stool is in untouched original structural condition and is completely sound. The polish has been revived, by our own craftsmen, by hand in the traditional manner. As ever with items of this age, there are minor marks under the polish, though all extremely minor we feel the photos are representative. The upholstery has been re-covered, once again by our own craftsmen, by hand in the traditional manner.
