Pretty and fine quality Regency period three plate gilt wood and gesso overmantel mirror of unusually small proportion with neo-classical ornament.
DateRegency : Circa 1820. DimensionsWidth 45" (114cm) Height 25" (64cm) ConditionThis item is in original structural condition. The frame has extremely minor damage in a few places, but is in exceptionally good condition. It has been cleaned and re-touched by our own craftsmen, in the traditional manner, but is still attractively aged. There is some minor foxing to the mirror plates.
