Beautifully decorated SINGLE 8.5 inch Swansea porcelain plate, part of a small set believed to have been hand painted by David Evans circa 1816. Although not marked an identical but restored plate is marked ‘Swansea’ in red which was typical of this time. A picture of the restored plate is included for illustration purposes only. Condition of the ‘for sale’ plate is very good with no cracks or discernible chips although there is a small smudge to part of the decoration from manufacture.
