Description

A magnificent piece of quality English furniture featuring a large planked lift up lid, and decorative panels to front and sides in a Jacobean style. This mule chest has two original drawers to base, fitted with the original locks, and in a dark chestnut colour. The hinges have been replaced at some point in their life however, these are probably George III / early Victorian replacements. This chest is in fantastic condition for its age a beautiful piece for any period interior or room setting. A superb piece of classic British furniture.
