Description

This large and impressive Victorian table and chairs is a fantastic addition to our large range of antique furniture.

The table stands on four elegantly turned and carved legs, and features all of its original leaves.

It is accompanied by a matching set of ten dining room chairs which comprise of eight side chairs and two carvers. It is extremely rare to find such a large set of chairs with the original carvers present. All of the chairs are in good sound condition for their age. You must appreciate that they are antique pieces of furniture, and there will be small marks and small signs of wear and tear.

There is also evidence of dead woodworm to the underside of the chairs. This has been re-treated by ourselves, and doesn’t affect the chairs in any way. Due to the nature and age of this table, you may notice that there are some small marks and repairs to the table.

As this table is approximately 150 years old, there will be signs of wear and tear as these items would have been used on daily basis. We feel that this adds further charm and character to this classic set of English dining room furniture. You may also notice that there is an additional chair.
