Description

A magnificent and classic piece of British furniture.

This large and impressive flame mahogany Scotch chest features pillow fronted drawer to top and graduated drawers below. This is decorated with turned columns to either side, and stands upon large turned feet. The chest breaks down into four individual sections for ease of transportation and reassembly. A superb piece of furniture for its age, circa 1860, with very little wear and tear for its age.

There is one internal lock missing which is not noticeable from the outside.
