We have for sale a very decorative early to mid 20th century copper arts and crafts fruit bowl.

The bowl consists of a fluted planished copper body mounted on three brass feet. The base of the bowl carries the makers name Cobral, is marked made by hand and also marked with the serial number K508/8. Cobral was an English manufacturer of high quality hand finished copper ware. Some Cobral copper pieces are marked Made in England, that this example is not marked as such is suggestive that it is an earlier piece.

The bowl is 8 inches (20.3cm) in diameter and is 3 inches (7.6cm) high and is in an excellent condition other than the expected accumulations of polish within the fluting of the body.
