Description
We have for sale a truly beautiful Regency period Staffordshire porcelain basket.This gilded porcelain basket is of a moulded rectangular form with a rustic overhead handle. The basket is exquisitely decorated in overglaze polychrome enamels with finely painted exotic birds. The base is unmarked.
The basket is approximately 10 inches (25.6cm) long, 7 & 3/4 inches (20.0cm) wide and 2 & 1/3 inches (6cm) high and is in an excellent antique condition.
