William Hutton Caddy Spoon, Sheffield 1931

Description
We have for sale a very attractive silver caddy spoon by the very well respected silversmith William Hutton and Sons.The bowl of the caddy spoon is of a lovely shell form, which then extends to a lobed handle engraved with a scrolling foliate design. The reverse of the handle carries full hallmarks for Sheffield 1931 along with the makers marks for William Hutton and Sons.
The spoon is 6cm long and weighs 16.29g by our digital scale. The spoon is in a good antique condition with clearly struck hallmarks/makers marks and a few age and use related scratches to the reverse of the bowl.
