We have for sale a really stunning Regency period Swansea Porcelain slops bowl circa 1817.This lovely duck egg porcelain slops bowl is of a Paris fluted form and was decorated in vibrant polychrome enamis by the excellent ceramic artist David Evans with daffodils and other flowers along with really lovely butterflies.
The bowl is 6 1/2 inches (16.5cm) in diameter and 3 1/4 inches (8.25cm) high and is in an excellent antique condition with no chips, cracks or repairs.
This Swansea slop bowl is currently being exhibited as part of the selling exhibition of rare Derby, Pinxton, Nantgarw and Swansea porcelain "A journey with William Billingsley" 2016, ISBN: 9783741809903
