Description
For sale we have a lovely Edwardian silver and agate bookmark.the bookmark is in the form of short sword extending to an ornate handle incorporating four agate stones within in intricate engraved design. The bookmark carries full English hallmarks for Birmingham 1904 along with the makers marks for John Cook & Sons along with the patent No. 15200 on the back of the blade.
The book mark is 3 and 1/5 inches (8.9cm) long and is in a very good antique condition other than the odd spot of tarnish and some rubbing to the J of the makers mark
