18th Century Barr and Flight & Barr Cup & Saucer

Description
We have for sale a lovely delicate Barr and Flight Worcester cup and saucer.The cup and saucer are of the fluted wrythen fluted form and decorated with gilt on a white background with simple floral sprigs. The base carries an incised B along with an applied gilt number 12. The cup is approximately 2 & 1/2 (6.4cm) inches high and the saucer approximately 5 & 1/2 inches (14cm)in diameter. Both are in an excellent condition with no chips, cracks or repairs and only a little bit of wear to the gilt around the rim.
