We have the pleasure of being able to offer this very attractive 9ct gold Cyma Watch

The watch has a lovely vintage gold tinted dial consisting of an outer minute chapter within which lies an inner hour chapter with the even number (except the 6) marked with Arabic numerals and the odd numbers marked with gold batons. The dial is signed Cyma, Shock Absorber and Swiss Made. The gold hour and minute hands are quite lovely and in a very good condition, as is the subsidiary second hand. the dial shows some minor signs of age with a mark just below the 12 O'clock position and some very, very slight foxing. The dial sits beneath a perfect perspex crystal. The 9ct gold case of this watch is in a very good early vintage condition, it looks as if the watch has been looked after very well. Externally there are no dents or dings, although there are a few minor surface scratches, although far fewer than one would expect for a watch of this age. The exterior of the case also carries hallmarks for 9ct gold on the underside of one of the lugs.

Opening the case reveals that the inside of the case is signed Dennison, Made in England, full British 9ct gold hallmarks for Birmingham 1951, ALD along with the serial numbers 12325, 426277. The inside of the case back also carries watchmakers marks which are a lovely testament to regular servicing. The case contains a very nice recently serviced Cyma signed 17 jewel movement calibre 452 movement.

This is a small to medium gentleman's watch and is presented on a new Condor brown leather strap.
