Description

An Art Deco cloud back 3 piece suite by Harry & Lou Epstein.

The suite comprises a three seat settee and a pair of matching easy chairs.

The suite has a veneered walnut frame that is covered in cream leather.

Epstein furniture was originally founded in East London by Polish immigrants in the 1890s. The firm passed to brothers Harry and Lou Epstein and the pair turned their attention to the production of Art Deco forms from the 1930s until the 1950s.

The design of the famous ‘cloud’ seat furniture is credited to Epstein and the company also popularised the uniquely British taste in suite furniture.

The suite is in very good condition have been recently cleaned and treated with the correct leather products. Showing very little sign of wear It si ready for immediate use.
