This rare chair shows many elegant feature details of the period, from the reeded arms, to the refined back splat and the square tapered legs.
The apron, to the front and the sides, is beautifully shaped to disguise the bowl on the inside.
Wear and great patina commensurate with age.
It can be used as a desk or hall chair, providing a useful space to hide valuable items or documents.
