A lovely original 2 over 4 graduated Scottish Tallboy pine chest of drawers in old crackle glazed scrumble
With period brass handles and escutcheons 3 top drawers have locks no key
All drawers run true and and the lovely aged cracked glaze is a true patination of years of polish and varnish has a worn aged look all round the chest There’s is wear and tear on all elevations of the chest we think this just adds character also to the right side elevation there is a historic Portion of the carcass missing as shown in photos doesn’t detract from the whole appearance of the chest of drawers
A nice period large chest of drawers sits well and has a moulded splayed top and is sat on castors with a deep all round plinth
