Antique reclaimed Victorian cast iron fireplace surround with great symbolism. Rams heads to the capitals, the ram is a symbol of authority and leadership. The scroll legs are well cast and to one side oak leaves and acorns, oak is an emblem of virtue, strength. To the other side Ivy and berries, ivy and vines represent fidelity, wedded love and friendship.

The registered number dates this design to 1889.
