Description

This fabulous heavy box is a wonderful piece of silver. Very pretty and in very good condition. The lid has some scrolled decoration and a substantial central mount with a large blue stone. The body has further decoration and sits on four feet. This is a high quality piece of continental silver ( likely to be German in origin). The marks to the base are slightly rubbed although the 800 mark is clearly visible. Circa 1900
