Nice quality rosewood and mahogany gentleman's travelling fitted writing box, complimented by a pretty mother of pearl inlay, inset brass tablet to the top and also inset brass travelling handles to the sides.Lovely box, well made with a good interior, complete with secret drawers, compartments and a green baize fitted writing slope complimented by the excellent choice of rosewood and the contrasting flame mahogany timbers throughout.
