Description

A stunning and extremely rare Danish vintage rosewood dining table by Sven Ellekaer. This was made in Denmark by Heltborg Mobler, it dates from the 1960’s.

The oval top has gorgeous rosewood grain patterns and colour tones, with a beautifully cross banded edge. It stands on wonderful bentwood legs which are a hallmark of Sven Ellekaer designs, they give this an amazing design aspect. This comes with an extra extension leaf to extend this from a six seater to an eight seater.

We have had this stripped and re-polished to a very high standard, the condition is superb throughout. The legs can unbolt and detach for ease of transport.

The wood is Santos rosewood, which does not require a CITES or article 10.
