Description

A stunning pair of vintage Italian ‘Tre Archi’ Chiavari chairs by Fratelli Levaggi. Each chair is stamped ‘made in Italy’ beneath the frames, they date from the 1960’s.

They are made from solid ligurian wood, with woven rattan seats. The design is extremely fine and beautiful, they are also sturdy and solid. The legs are beautifully turned and outswept in a sabre shaped design. The back has a pierced triple arch design, giving them the name ‘Tre Archi’.

The condition is excellent for their age, with only some extremely minor surface wear here and there.
