A 1950s Mahogany Chest of Drawers

Description
This chest of two short over three long graduated drawers is extremely well made from finely-figured mahogany in the solid and veneer. It has beautifully shaped wooden handles, panelled sides and stands on a plinth base. It was made c.1950 for the Air Ministry.107cm wide, 88cm high and 52.5cm deep.
It is in very good and original condition. There is one small dent to the gallery and an area on the top has a few superficial and barely visible scratches.
