Description

This 1930s oak chest has four graduated drawers, turned wooden knobs and is very much in the manner of Heals.

It measures 91cm wide, 106cm high and 50cm deep. The graduated drawers have external heights of 16.5cm, 19cm, 21.5cm and 24cm from top to bottom.

It is in overall good and solid condition with a lovely rich brown colour to its original finish. One handle is a well-turned replacement, the top has a stain clearly visible in one of the photographs and both sides have a single narrow crack. Internally, the drawer linings have cracked in places but been strudily repaired.
