Description

From the 'Weston' range of the 1930s, this Gordon Russell dining table is made of solid oak and comfortably seats six people. The simple design is brought to life by the well-figured oak top and the distinctive fluting to the legs. It has a copper maker's label to the underside.

An example can be seen on p.69 of Jeremy Myserson's book 'Gordon Russell Designer of Furniture.'

The top measures 137cm by 83.5cm and it stands 75cm high.

In very good condition, having been refinished. There are a couple of minor knocks to the edges of the tabletop and a very small amount of filler is in a dent on the top.
