Description

Made of solid oak throughout, this Arts & Crafts dining suite comprises an extending wind-out table with extra leaf and six chairs with drop-in seats. The table top has a moulded edge with rounded corners and the legs are beautifully shaped with castors beneath. The chairs have elegant back slats and the feet are shaped to match the table.

DateArts and Crafts : Arts & Crafts DimensionsThe table - 104cm square on top (148cm long when extended) and 72cm high. The chairs - 50cm deep, 45cm wide and 100cm high. The seats are 45cm off the floor. ConditionThe table is in very good, refinished condition with a few minor marks to the edges of the top and the legs. The chairs have been refinished and reglued. They have slight gradations of colour on the back slats where some areas have been exposed to the sun and others have not. There is some evidence of old repairs but they are now in sound and solid condition. The blue fabric is worn and, though useable, the drop-in seats would benefit from being reupholstered (see below).
