A highly decorative early 20th Century carved mahogany armchair in the Chippendale style, having a wonderfully carved and pierced back splat, the slender curved supports with scroll decoration on the front of the arms, having a re-upholstered stuffover green leather seat with brass stud decoration, with swept square legs at the rear and carved cabriole legs at the front terminating with a ball and claw foot. Ideal for a desk chair. Circa 1920.25” x 20” x 41” high
