Description
A stunning pair of French 19th Century marble and ormolu cassoulet urns, the green marble urns decorated with lovely quality ormolu including the finial and floral sash, either sides of the urns are ormolu satyr masks, ornate ormolu beading at the top of the urns as well as a frieze below depicting a scene including cherubs and birds, supported on a square plinth base. A truly fine and decorative pair of urns and in excellent condition. Circa 1880.5 1/2” x 5 1/2” x 21” high
