A good 19th century hand tinted dog print, The foxhound, by W H Lizars sc, engraved by James Stewart. Lizars,1788-1859, was a founder member of the Scottish Royal Academy in 1826 and in 1834 was elected an Honorary member, contributing to numerous editions of Sir Walter Scott's works.W 12" H 9"
