Very Large & Fine Antique Gilt Overmantle Mirror c1860.Sizes 169cm tall x 154.5cm wide.
Frame retains its original water-gilding in wonderful untouched "Country House" condition.
Original mercury silvered mirror plate in very good condition, just a couple of fine cleaning related surface scratches, certainly doesn't warrant changing the plate.
Original backing board and hanging plate.
A very fine example.
