Large English Gilt Overmantle Mirror c1870.Frame water-gilded to the highest of standards using 23ct genuine gold leaf.
Original mercury mirror plate with overall foxing and a wonderful sparkle to the silvering, top left corner of plate has a 1.5" scratch, please see photo.
Original backing board and hanging plates. Original ceramic bun feet.
Sizes 152.5cm max width x 109cm tall x 136cm main frame width.
