Large Antique Giltwood Overmantle Mirror c1820/30.In superb original condition and carved to a very high standard, the original water-gilding is in the most wonderful state of preservation.
Original mercury mirror plate again in wonderful overall condition. Frame retains its original backing board.
Carved detail is simply stunning.
Sizes 153cm tall x 143cm wide at top x 132cm wide at base.
Possibly an Irish example.
