Large English Giltwood Overmantle Mirror c 1870.Sizes 150cm tall x 133cm max width x 124cm main frame width.
Frame retaining its original water-gilding in wonderful "Country House" condition. Original mercury mirror plate with a stunning overall sparkle to the silvering, some areas of foxing and the lower half of the plate does have some fine surface scratches.
Original backing board and hanging plates.
