This is an attractive engraving by W Boucher after the painting by Walter Dendy Sadler, a British Artist born on Surrey in 1854. His work was mainly of everyday life and most of his work was of contempory to the late 1800s and early 1900s. A number of his works were reproduced onto engravings by a number of different engravers. This work was produced in 1903 in London. This is a good sized work and has a good frame and is signed by the engraver. His work can command prices well into the Thousands when presented at auction.
