This is an antique boat spirit level. An English, walnut and brass torpedo level or instrument by John Rabone and Sons, dating to the early 20th century, circa 1920.Elegant torpedo shaped level
Displays a desirable aged patina
Walnut body shows fine grain interest and mellow caramel hues
Brass level cap and dressed tips show appealing signs of light use
Wide viewing window for the level vial with centre markings
Secondary level for vertical setting
Engraved with the maker's mark for J. Rabone & Sons, Made in England
