Fabulous! - This is a lovely find. The Golden Cased Powder Compact has a fully engine turned top and base, measuring c. 3" inch x 2.5/8" inch, the front initials can be altered to personalise it by moving the stepped side bars. In lovely order, all clasps and hinges are in good order, opening to reveal a nice clear bevelled mirror, with an inner opening lid and sifter. Carefully stored in its original black felt pouchette, the feint smell of powder gives us a clue that this little beauty has been pre-loved but showing only minor signs commensurate with light use.
