Stunning! This is a beautiful piece of fine Art Deco Enamelling - the large cut glass bowl is topped with a sterling silver top which is fully enamelled in a gorgesou deep almost gold colour, sunburst pattern. Measuring c. 3.5" inch diameter it has a silver handle. Fully hallmarked for Adie Brothers of Birmingham with clear marks, assayed in 1934. Fabulous, the nicely decorated, crystal glass bowl is pretty and in good order. This fine dressing table piece would originally have held a powder puff and dusting powder, now it makes a beautiful, unique trinket bowl, for popping cotton wool balls or precious jewellery pieces into. This will not disappoint!
