Fabulous and in wonderful vintage condition - This unusual cream enamel finish powder compact, c. 1950 made in France is in superb pre-loved condition. Depicting an impressive image of an African Tribal Woman in black gold and red enamelling - wonderful! - Measuring c. 3.1/4" inch diameter, all clasps and hinges are in good order, opening to a nice clean interior with a clear bevelled mirror, framed in brass case, with a sifter and a puff. The base is a black enamel finish - Pre-loved, but well cared for, it shows only very minor signs commensurate with light use. A pouchette is also present. A wonderful really different piece that will delight the most discerning of collectors!.
