Superb! and very different! - This gorgeous powder compact, c. 1950 made in France is in lovely vintage condition. Depicting a magnificent elephant in cream and red enamelling - wonderful! - Measuring c. 3.1/4" inch diameter, all clasps and hinges are in good order, opening to a nice clean interior with a clear bevelled mirror, framed in brass case, with a sifter and a puff. Pre-loved, it shows only very minor signs commensurate with light use. A pouchette is also present. A wonderful collectors piece that will not disappoint!.
