This is a beautiful piece - measuring c. 1.3/4" inch diameter (4.3cm) it is set to a gold tone engine turned case - all clasps and hinges are in good order, opening to reveal an original mirror which is slightly convex and magnifying (a couple of age related marks), an edged puff is present. The top is exquisite, the beautiful butterfly wing picture set beneath a clear celluloid cover is in great condition still bright and vibrant morpho blue. A super period piece that is sure to delight!.
