This is a wonderful vintage powder compact by Le Rage, made in England, it is a square case measuring c. 3" inch square, the green enamelled top depicting an array of Jazz musicians playing for the couple dancing, the lady in a wonderful long red & white polka dot dress and the gent in his tux - gorgeous! I have not seen this piece before and it is in delightful, pre-loved condition. All clasps and hinges are in good order, opening to reveal a clear framed mirror and an inner opening lid, a clear clean powder well and puff (not the original). I love it and I know it will find its way to an appreciative buyer!.
