Adorable, this beautiful vintage Stratton Powder Compact depicting two budgerigars amongst the honeysuckle trees is a delight!. It looks unused, set to a gold tone case with all clasps and hinges in good order, it opens to reveal a clear mirror, an inner opening lid with the compact in hand logo, a signed Stratton puff and sifter and a black pouchette are present. The feint smell of powder suggests it has been pre-loved but very lightly used. The top is gorgeous and with the exception of a tiny paint loss to one tail (which in my view does not detract) it is near perfect!. A very pretty piece that I am sure will delight the most discerning of buyers.
