WOW! This is fabulous. A collectors dream. The beautiful oval golden engine turned powder compact bearing the famous logo of the Peninsular & Oriental Steam Navigation Company (P&O). Given as a present to cruisers during the 1950's, this is in beautiful condition. Everything is there, the fitted puff,sifter and pouchette, together with the original compliment slip. The compact is totally unused, a Mascot manufactured case, all clasps and hinges are perfect, opening to an inner opening lid bearing the crown logo. The only thing of note is a small mark to the mirror (just an age related blemish). This is gorgeous it will certainly not disappoint!.
