Gorgeous Emerald Green Guilloche Enamelled Powder Compact by Crisford & Norris of Birmingham. Solid Sterling Silver, it is a beautiful example measuring just under 1.3/8" inch (3.3cm) it is a beautiful piece with a small silver link probably for hanging around one's neck on a chain or possibly a chatelaine, all clasps and hinges perfect, opening to reveal a nice clean, gilded interior and exceptional magnifying mirror, fully hallmarked Sterling Silver - assayed in Birmingham in 1921 for respected silversmith of the period C&N, this is a top quality piece - very difficult to find in this sort of beautiful vintage condition, there is a tiny ping to the rear, which is hardly worth the mention. Sure to delight the most discerning of collectors!.
