This is a fabulous piece by Stratton - complete in its original hard cased box. The black enamel has a small squirrel set with marcasite and a little ruby red glass eye - in the punt shape it measures 3" inch x 3.1/4" inch and is set to a gold tone metal - opening to reveal a square framed mirror and an inner opening lid with the compact in hand logo, the original instructions are still on the mirror - the inner opening lid opens to an empty powder well with a fitted sifter - pre-loved, it does show minor signs of of having been lightly used, but is overall a fabulous and unusual piece that will not disappoint!.
